The founder of ORO People Solutions, Jim Whelan has a career spanning more than 30 years with extensive experience in professional recruitment, executive search, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), contingent workforce solutions, managed services programmes (MSP) and resourcing technologies. Jim has held leadership roles with some of the professional recruitment industry's leading names including Robert Walters Plc, Reed, Randstad NV, Vedior NV, MPS Group Inc and Hays Plc. Jim provides advice and client services in talent strategy, recruitment solutions, diversity training and resourcing technology.

Sara Mullen

Sara is an associate consultant of ORO People Solutions and has worked in HR for over 15 years. She is a highly experienced HR professional and change leader with an extensive range of skills gained in the private sector with AND Automotive Navigation Data & GE Healthcare and in public services (both Central and Local Government).
