ORO People Solutions provides HR and talent consultancy services covering the whole resourcing cycle, talent acquisition, change management, hirer learning programmes, strategy reviews and technology introduction. Projects range from the provision of 360 degree HR advice to the review of current state resourcing processes and the provision of improvement programmes. Projects are delivered by our consultants who bring professional knowledge in HR and talent management.

Diversity - tailored workshops

We help clients to develop high performing teams, promote innovation and increase workforce productivity. The basis of our offering is that groups of people from diverse backgrounds and work situations bring different perspectives and collectively will be better able to produce new ideas and achieve more. Our workshops focus on talent selection, covering the following main subjects:

  • Awareness of unconscious bias.
  • Selecting and developing diverse and productive teams.
  • Effective use of screening technologies.
  • Measuring outcomes.

The service starts with training needs analysis and progresses through the design and delivery of workshop / learning content. The programmes are delivered face to face in interactive format to groups of delegates. Post training reference resources and refresher training are available.
